An evening with one of our chefs, who takes a culinary tour of Spain, from extra virgin oils with artisan breads, select cured meats, even enjoy live preparations of fresh vegetables, fish or meat dishes. During the experience, you'll watch as a local chef prepares a variety of traditional and modern tapas dishes, while providing insights into the local ingredients and cooking techniques used in Seville.
A complete tasting menu with Appetizers, First Course, Main and Dessert, accompanied by 3 varieties of wines for pairing. This activity does not require diners cook, but any lover of cooking is welcome to collaborate with the chef
During the Show Cooking, you'll have the opportunity to taste the dishes you've seen being prepared, along with local wine and sherry. You'll also receive a recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.
After the delicious dinner, we will move to the Tablao Flamenco Andalusí, which is located a few metres away from our kitchen and you will enjoy an authentic one-hour Flamenco show performance by proffesional flamenco singer, musicians and dancer. What better way to end your Spanish evening?
